Dussie is one of the Senate members and one of the senators of the entire Empire.
Just like Cicero La Moltose, his acquaintance had been captured by JSDF. He also the member of the pro-peace faction.
Personality[]
Being a senator, he is very skilled at speeches. He is a very rational and wise man.
Like his Emperor and all the other senators, Dussie was initially arrogant as he was confident that the Empire would not lose to Japan. This changed when he witnessed the JSDF’s weapons in action during a secret showcasing for peace talks, as he was one of the few Senators to realize what would happen to the Empire if they continued to fight the JSDF.
As a senator, he is also very skilled in political terms, knowing how to interact and negotiate with other senators or even other ministers.

Dussie is having the appearance of an elderly man, with light brown hair, beard and mustache.

In Anime episode 13 and Manga chapter 30 he asks questions of Itami about the modern weapons capabilities.
